This page explains what happens to the data we obtain about you on icecontrol.cz.
Who processes the data
The IceControl website and system are operated by Lukáš Čech, registered office Příčná 1348/5, 784 01 Litovel, company ID 05064171, a sole trader registered in the Czech Trade Licensing Register. You can write to us at info@icecontrol.cz.
Contact form
When you book a demo through the form, you fill in your name, organisation and e-mail; phone and message are optional. These reach us by e-mail at info@icecontrol.cz and are not stored anywhere — they are not in a database, only in our mailbox. We use them to reply and arrange the demo.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Without the data we have no way to reply.
Protection against bots
To stop bots flooding the form, we count for a few minutes how many submissions came from one IP address. The counter lives only in the server's memory, is never stored and disappears on restart.
Cookies
The site uses two groups of cookies, and the second one does not start until you say yes.
You can withdraw consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it — one click.
Who receives the data
We do not sell the data and do not pass it to anyone for their own purposes. It reaches only those without whom we could not run the site:
- The provider of the server the site runs on.
- The provider of the mailbox that receives form messages.
- Google Ireland Limited — only if you consent to traffic measurement. Google may process data outside the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for the duration of our discussions and then for one more year, so we can pick up where we left off if you get in touch again. If a contract results, retention follows that contract. Traffic measurement data is kept by Google per its own settings.
The IceControl system is not this website
This page concerns the icecontrol.cz website. If you are a player, official or referee and your data is in the system itself at app.icecontrol.cz, what happens to it is decided by your league, club or tournament organiser — we only run the system for them. Please direct questions about your data to them; if you are not sure who that is, contact us and we will point you their way.
What you can do about it
By law you have the right to:
- ask what data we hold about you and get a copy,
- have anything incorrect put right,
- have it erased if we have no reason to hold it,
- restrict or object to its processing,
- receive it in a format you can take elsewhere,
- withdraw any consent you gave, at any time.
If we fail you or you disagree with how we handle this, you can contact the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
